COLLECT
God of compassion,
whose Son Jesus Christ, the child of Mary,
shared the life of a home in Nazareth,
and on the cross drew the whole human family to himself:
strengthen us in our daily living
that in joy and in sorrow
we may know the power of your presence
to bind together and to heal;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
Amen
POST COMMUNION
Loving God,
as a mother feeds her children at the breast

PASS IT ON
Stations of the Cross
‘The highest is not spoken but acted!’
From the earliest days of the church, Pilgrims visiting the Holy Land would quietly walk along the Via Cmcis (the way that Our Lord would have walked to His crucifixion)
In due course, either because it became impossible because of war and violence or because the faithful wanted to continue to express their love and gratitude, the custom continued all over Europe and further during Lent and Holy week.
Please spare 40 mins on the Monday of Holy Week (7.30pm) to walk the Way of the Cross, to align yourself with the Lord on the
Way to Calvary and ponder as much as you can the suffering of the Son of God for
YOU and ME and ALL the WORLD

‘Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ’. ‘1 Peter 4:10-11a’
